About the Role

The Role

We're looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are passionate about sales,

technology, and global communication. you'll be the bridge between our clients

and their future customers - driving the first touchpoints that lead to meaningful business growth.

You'll engage U.S. prospects through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) supported by

AI tools to craft intelligent, personalized messaging. This is a challenge-driven, high-exposure

role for someone who loves learning, adapting, and winning.

What You'll Do

Conduct outbound prospecting for U.S.-based clients using a blend of calls, LinkedIn outreach,

and personalized email campaigns.

Use AI-powered tools to research prospects and generate hyper-personalized

messages.

Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the client's sales team.

Maintain and update records in CRM and outreach tools.

Collaborate with internal growth pods to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach sequences.

Participate in client interactions and strategy sessions to understand industries and campaign

goals.

0.6-3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation (preferably for U.S./U.K. markets).

Strong written and verbal English communication.

Experience in SaaS or IT services is a plus, but not mandatory.

A self-driven attitude and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.
