Sales Development Representative

Working Hours - Full-Time (9 hours/day, 5 days a week)UK Shift - 12 PM to 9 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and send emails to introduce our live streaming platform.
• Identify prospects needs using discovery questions.
• Build interest and set appointments for product demos.
• Overcome common objections with empathy and confidence.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and consistently hit outreach targets.

Needs to Have -

• Min 1+ year (2+ preferred) experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Confident in speaking with decision-makers and handling objections.
• Proficient with CRM tools, call/email follow-ups, and calendar scheduling.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, digital tools, or media platforms is a plus.
