Key Responsibilities:


Account Mining s Persona Mapping

  • Identify key accounts and decision-makers
  • Develop detailed buyer personas to personalize outreach
  • Conduct market research to uncover potential business opportunities


Outbound Sales s Lead Generation

  • Cold call, email, and engage with prospects via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Participate in online communities and networking groups to build relationships
  • Develop outreach strategies and follow up to nurture leads


Positioning s Market Research

  • Understand and articulate value propositions based on customer pain points
  • Research industry trends and competitive landscape to refine messaging
  • Align our service offerings with customer needs


Sales Process s Collaboration

  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns

 

Requirements:

  •  Mandatory experience in ERP, CRM, Cloud, and AI technologies
  •  Strong understanding of B2B sales, prospecting, and positioning
  •  Proven track record in cold calling, networking, and outbound lead generation
  •  Familiarity with email and chat-based sales engagement
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Experience with sales tools, CRM systems, and market research tools

 

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in enterprise sales or SaaS sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of ABM strategies
  • Prior experience US and Canada market exposure
  • Night Shift availability and work from Office
