Job Title - Salesforce Developer Roles & Responsibilities - Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Development Flow Management: Maintain and enhance the Opportunity Management flow, ensuring proper actions trigger when certain criteria are met. Develop and refine Screen Flows (e.g., creating new opportunities, inbound call handling, post-deployment questionnaires, and discovery questions for contacts). Process Modernization: Migrate remaining Classic processes to Lightning, including Proof of Concept, Project Registration, and Campaign processes. Advanced Customization & Coding: Implement and maintain custom APEX code, supporting additional projects and functionality as business needs evolve. Launch and maintain the CRM-A analytics to provide further insight for sales leaders. User Management: Manage new and departing user setup, licensing, and permissions.
