In this role, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes and deliver data-driven solutions. Your insights will directly contribute to strategic decision-making and overall business performance. Responsibilities: Support leadership with data-driven insights that directly impact Nova’s core business operations. Build and refine dashboards to track business metrics & OKRs across teams and identify key levers to drive improvements. Identify high-impact levers to solve critical operational challenges and develop analytics-based solutions. Collaborate with founders, product, and customer success teams on cross-functional projects to improve overall business performance. Job Requirement: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in a data-driven organization; experience working with decision-makers in similar industries is a plus. Proficient in advanced MS Excel and SQL (PostgreSQL); coding knowledge (Python) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills using first-principles thinking and the ability to leverage data effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with high ownership and agility.
