A background in the insurance or insurtech industry is essential, along with a strong drive to achieve and a passion for working in a startup environment. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, organizational skills, and discipline to meet targets are also required. Previous experience in EB products in insurance is a must-have for this role.
