What Youll Do

• People Engagement Drive People & Culture initiatives end-to-end, ensuring a great employee experience.
• People Relations Act as an ambassador of the People & Culture team, supporting stakeholders, tracking timelines, and providing proactive help.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Manage smooth onboarding and exit processes with minimal supervision.
• People Administration Support HR operations including perks, leave management, and compliance requirements.

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication skills (written & spoken English).
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Passion for HR, people success, and continuous learning.
• Aspiration to grow into a future HR leader.
