HR Operation Intern

Position: HR Operation Intern

Stipend: ?5,000 ?6,000 per month

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment operations (sourcing, screening, coordination)
• Support in maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Help in attendance, leave management & basic payroll assistance
• Assist in organizing training sessions and internal events
• Prepare reports, letters, and HR-related documentation
• Ensure timely documentation and file management
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or pursuing MBA/BBA in HR or a related field will be preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work from office in Kolkata
