Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at Pazy. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with finance decision-makers, and scheduling meetings that drive our sales pipeline forward. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your sales career in the fintech and automation space, with the potential for growth through training, mentorship, and career advancement.

As an SDR at Pazy, you’ll be a key player in our go-to-market strategy. You’ll leverage your communication skills and persistence to engage with prospects, identify their pain points, and introduce Pazy’s solutions to help solve their challenges. Your ability to build relationships and qualify leads will directly impact our sales team’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct high-impact conversations with finance decision-makers to understand their challenges and introduce Pazy’s solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity in the CRM system to ensure effective pipeline management.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to optimize outreach strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity generation targets.

What You Bring

  • A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or with coaching.
  • Interest in fintech and automation technology, with a quick ability to grasp new concepts and solutions.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • A strong passion for Pazy’s mission and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or automation technologies.
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
