Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced UG/PG Medical Admission Counsellor who will take full responsibility for guiding students and ensuring successful admissions in medical programs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of medical courses and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counseling to students for MBBS, MD/MS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and other medical programs in India and abroad.
• Assess students’ academic background and financial abilities to recommend suitable colleges.
• Take complete ownership of admission closures; leads will be provided, but performance should not depend solely on them.
• Actively follow up with students and handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries.
• Ensure consistent monthly conversions through effective counseling and strong initiative.
• Guide students through documentation, application support, and counseling procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in medical or higher education counseling (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of medical admission processes (NEET UG/PG a plus).
• Self-motivated, organized, and result-driven with a commitment to ethical counseling.
• Existing network in medical admissions or education consulting is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
