Job Title: SDR – I (Sales Development Representative) Location: Remote Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift) Experience: 0–2 Years About Camellia Buildtech: Camellia Buildtech is a global AEC outsourcing partner specializing in BIM, CAD, and 2D Drafting services for Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines. We collaborate with firms across the US, UK, and Europe, helping them scale efficiently with quality-driven design and documentation support. We are expanding our Sales and Marketing Division for the US region and looking for dynamic professionals to join our foundation sales team as SDR – I. This is your opportunity to be part of an energetic, forward-thinking team driving growth on a global scale. Role Overview: As an SDR – I (Sales Development Representative), you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients in the US market. You’ll connect with architectural and construction firms through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach, introducing Camellia Buildtech’s services and building the foundation for lasting partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and contribute directly to company growth. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to potential clients in the US AEC industry. • Identify prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute lead generation strategies. • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and maintain consistent communication. • Schedule online meetings and demos for the Business Development team. • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM systems. • Achieve individual and team-based monthly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field. • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client communication (freshers are welcome). • Excellent verbal communication, calling confidence, and email writing skills. • Strong interest in international markets and client engagement. • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
