Role Overview

We’re looking for a

High-Performance Sales Development Representative (SDR)

who understands the digital landscape and thrives on targets. Your role is to build a team who can connect with potential clients, extract & nurture leads, and set meetings for our Website Development, SEO, and Ad Campaign services.

Basic Overview Of Offer

This is a preliminary outline of your offer. The official offer letter will be shared once you confirm on WhatsApp.

Compensation & Structure

• Earn 5% commission on each closed deal, paid immediately after the client completes payment.
• Monthly targets for probation: ₹3,00,000 per month for 3 months.
• If targets are achieved for all 3 months, you transition to full-time with fixed salary + commission, based on performance.
• International deals: Earn 10% commission on total deal value, same terms as above.
• Exception: If you reach 95% of the monthly target, 5% commission continues on subsequent deals.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the first call with business owners.
• Be involved in all sales meetings.
• Reach ₹3,00,000 target per month.
  

Rules & Expectations

• Maintain 100% punctuality for all meetings.
• Do not use our leads for any competing business.
• Ensure transparency and prompt communication (at least via text).
