Stipend during Probation: ₹1,000 – ₹1,500/month (Fixed) + ₹10,000 – ₹30,000/month (Incentives)

Full-time offer: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000/year

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a small operations team to ensure smooth workflows.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver projects efficiently.
• Identify process gaps and implement actionable improvements.
• Uphold DigiChakra360’s values and work culture in all operations.
