Job Description

The sales support specialist's responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. The sales support specialist is also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.The Sales Operation and Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating sales activities, maintaining sales databases, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support:Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. Coordinate with customers to schedule sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed. Administrative Tasks:Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and sales tracking systems. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to sales inquiries and customer requests. Coordination and Communication:Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Communicate regularly with the sales team to provide updates on sales activities, targets, and customer feedback. Organize and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required. Sales Operations:Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve sales targets. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes, procedures, and best practices. Customer Service:Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing customers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or related role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the technology industry or a similar field. Familiarity with sales analytics, reporting tools, and CRM systems. Customer service experience and a customer-centric approach.
