Job Description

Responsibilities of an Assembly Line Manager:Managing Daily Production Operations Coordinate and monitor all activities on the assembly line Ensure production targets are met on time Ensuring Quality Control Maintain product quality, hygiene, and packaging standards Oversee inspection and testing procedures Team Management Assign duties to workers, manage shift schedules, and distribute work Guide the team and maintain discipline Process Improvement Identify areas for improvement in the assembly process Reduce downtime and enhance productivity Material and Inventory Coordination Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging supplies Coordinate with stores and the procurement department Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Ensure compliance with safety regulations (like FSSAI, HACCP) Conduct safety training and maintain cleanliness Reporting and Documentation Prepare production reports, attendance, and downtime records Provide regular updates to management Training New Employees Train new operators and helpers on SOPs, machine operation, and safety protocols
