Job Description *Lead Generation Executive* **Designation:** Lead Generation Executive **Department:** Sales & Marketing **Reports To:** Sales Manager / Business Development Manager **Job Purpose:** To identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through targeted research, outreach, and follow-up, supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries. 2. Generate leads through various channels — cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. 3. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and contact information. 4. Qualify leads based on set parameters before passing them to the sales team. 5. Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales representatives. 6. Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and keep prospects engaged. 7. Track, measure, and report lead generation performance to management. 8. Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns. **Required Skills & Competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Research and analytical skills. * Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of LinkedIn and other lead generation tools preferred.
