Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and supporting marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities • Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and online leads. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and explain product/service offerings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets. • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports. • Follow up on inquiries and maintain proper documentation. Marketing Responsibilities • Support digital marketing campaigns on social media and online platforms. • Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and ads. • Coordinate with the marketing team for brand promotions and events. • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors. • Help plan and execute offline activities such as events, seminars, and exhibitions. • Contribute ideas for marketing strategies to improve lead generation. Required Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good negotiation and convincing ability. • Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms. • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. • Good presentation and customer-handling skills. • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools (preferred). Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. • Prior experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
