Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to support our quality systems and ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and product specifications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in documentation, training, audits, and final product quality release. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments, and ensure strict adherence by all personnel. Prepare and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all Finished Product Specifications (FPS) in coordination with design and regulatory requirements. Create and manage technical specifications sheets and product specification documents for all products. Maintain and update Finished Product Specifications (FPS) and Raw Material Specifications (RMS) for every product. Conduct regular training sessions across departments to ensure awareness and compliance with quality standards and procedures. Perform internal audits as per defined SOPs to identify gaps and ensure corrective actions. Review and release Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) after thorough checks of all relevant documentation and compliance. Oversee and verify all quality-related parameters at the factory level, including packaging, batch labelling, and documentation before the final material release. Check and validate Certificates of Analysis (COA) , label accuracy, batch numbering, and packaging compliance before dispatch. Ensure all labeling meets regulatory and internal standards, and that BMRs are accurately completed and archived. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a QA role within the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or specialty chemicals industry. Strong knowledge of GMP, SOP writing, internal audits, and regulatory compliance. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
