Minimum Qualification :- Any Graduate with experience in a manufacturing company Requirements (Local candidates preferred): Proficiency in internet and email communication Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Hardworking with a positive attitude Capable of multitasking Job Description / Responsibilities :- - Execute orders from foreign buyers, scrutinize letters of credit, and negotiate export documents with banks. - Coordinate with the factory to ensure timely movement of goods and prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation. - Supervise logistics operations, including air, sea freight, and inland transportation to the warehouse. - Liaise with clearing and forwarding agents, custom house agents, freight forwarders, and other external agencies for timely movement of goods. - Handle incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers. - Work with existing transportation suppliers to optimize delivery rates and routing. - Prepare certificates of origin on the DGFT website. - Ensure smooth logistics operations and effective management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
