Export Executive

Novaphene Specialties Pvt. Ltd. (www.novaphene.com) is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals. The key verticals within the company are personal care, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates.

Minimum Qualification:
Any Graduate with experience in a manufacturing company

Requirements (Local candidates preferred):

• Proficiency in internet and email communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Capable of multitasking

Job Description / Responsibilities :-

- Execute orders from foreign buyers, scrutinize letters of credit, and negotiate export documents with banks.

- Coordinate with the factory to ensure timely movement of goods and prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.

- Supervise logistics operations, including air, sea freight, and inland transportation to the warehouse.

- Liaise with clearing and forwarding agents, custom house agents, freight forwarders, and other external agencies for timely movement of goods.

- Handle incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers.

- Work with existing transportation suppliers to optimize delivery rates and routing.

- Prepare certificates of origin on the DGFT website.

- Ensure smooth logistics operations and effective management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
