Job Responsibilities

• Support marketing activities for B2B specialty chemical products
• Assist in lead generation, client follow-ups, and business development
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with sales, production, and technical teams
• Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and product literature
• Maintain client data and reports using CRM / Excel
• Support digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, email campaigns, basic promotions)
• Communicate with domestic and international customers

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences
• MBA / PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of B2B marketing concepts

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing / Sales Support / Business Development
• Experience in specialty chemicals, personal care, pharma, or manufacturing industry preferred
• Fresh candidates with relevant internship experience may also apply

Key Skills

• Good communication & coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email drafting
• Willingness to learn technical products
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Result-oriented and proactive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
