Position Overview

Konart Steel Building Pvt. Ltd., a reputed name in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales / Marketing professional to strengthen our presence in the Gujarat region. The ideal candidate should have strong industry exposure, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads in the PEB segment.

Experience Requirement

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in the PEB industry is mandatory

Experience in B2B sales, industrial projects, and steel building solutions will be highly preferred

Strong understanding of PEB products, pricing, project coordination, and market trends

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PEB market

Generate leads through site visits, client meetings, consultants, and contractors

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders

Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and negotiations

Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure smooth project flow

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Good knowledge of PEB structures, specifications, and project lifecycle

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage

Willingness to travel within the assigned region
