Job Vacancy – Production Head

Konart Steel Building Pvt. Ltd., a well-established and growing organization in the steel building and manufacturing sector, is looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented professional to join our team as Production Head. This is a senior-level role responsible for managing and overseeing complete production operations with a strong focus on sheet metal fabrication.

Experience Requirement
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a sheet metal fabrication company
Strong hands-on experience in managing large-scale production operations
Exposure to manufacturing processes related to steel structures, fabrication, and industrial production is essential
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for production planning, execution, and control
Managing day-to-day production activities to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery
Monitoring and improving manufacturing efficiency and cost control
Ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality norms, and company procedures
Coordinating with maintenance, quality, stores, and project teams for smooth operations
Leading, motivating, and managing production teams and supervisors
Implementing continuous improvement practices in production processes
Language Requirement
Hindi – Mandatory
Ability to communicate effectively with workforce and management
