Role: Sales and Marketing Specialist Location: Noida (Hybrid – On-site with work-from-home flexibility) Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves a mix of sales strategy, client management, team mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration with the marketing department. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through channels like cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to deal closure—with consistent follow-ups and engagement. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior sales team members, helping them achieve individual and team targets. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to align on campaigns, messaging, and strategic initiatives. Market Research & Sales Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine sales tactics and better understand customer needs. Negotiation & Closure: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal finalization. Performance Tracking: Track KPIs and sales metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve performance. Requirements 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and business development. Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing the full sales cycle. Prior experience managing or mentoring junior sales team members. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales automation software. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
