We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our laptop refurbishment facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, ensuring quality control, and meeting daily production targets efficiently. REQUIRMENTS 2+ years’ experience in laptop/mobile/IT product refurbishment or electronics manufacturing. Strong understanding of laptop assembly/disassembly, testing, and repair. Leadership skills to manage a team of 10–20 workers.
Diagnose and repair hardware issues at both chip-level and card-level. Handle rework of SMD components, BIOS flashing, DC jack repair, and chipset replacements. Replace and repair laptop components including screens, keyboards, batteries, and RAM. Coordinate with procurement or inventory team for required parts or spares. Stay updated on latest laptop models and repair methods.
