The candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, ensuring quality control, and meeting daily production targets efficiently. REQUIRMENTS 2+ years’ experience in laptop/mobile/IT product refurbishment or electronics manufacturing. Strong understanding of laptop assembly/disassembly, testing, and repair. Leadership skills to manage a team of 10–20 workers.
