Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound customer calls Explain vehicle details, offers & service information Collect Post Sales Feedback (PSF) from customers Collect Post Service Feedback (PSF) and update records Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Maintain call logs, feedback reports & CRM updates Coordinate with sales & service teams for issue resolution Requirements: Minimum 2 year's experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive Experience in Automobile / EV industry preferred Strong communication skills (Tamil mandatory; English preferred) Polite, patient & customer-oriented approach Basic CRM / system knowledge is an advantage Location: Coimbatore
