As we prepare to launch our products across the market, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our expansion in Kerala.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our channel sales operations. The primary objective of this role is to identify, appoint, and manage a robust network of distributors and dealers across all 14 districts of Kerala. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring our premium tea, coffee, and spices reach every corner of the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distributor Appointment: Identify potential distributors, wholesalers, and super-stockists across Kerala who have a strong foothold in the FMCG/Food sector.
• Network Expansion: Onboard new channel partners, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure smooth contractual agreements.
• Market Research: Analyse competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to position KeralaChai effectively.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets during the launch phase.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure recurring orders and brand loyalty.
• Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the leadership team to organize local promotional activities, trade meets, and sampling campaigns to boost brand visibility.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing, specifically in the Tea, Coffee, or Spices segment.
• Network: Proven track record of appointing distributors in Kerala with an existing database of contacts in the General Trade (GT) market.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Language: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala to meet partners and oversee market operations.
