Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials, tools, and equipment. Update stock registers, bin cards, or digital inventory systems daily. Conduct regular stock audits and report shortages or variances. Implement FIFO / FEFO methods for proper stock rotation. 2. Receiving Materials Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and specifications against purchase orders.
