Job Description

As a Safety Role in the Supply and Distribution Terminal Operations business, your role involves maintaining the best HSSE practices and implementing the company's HSSE Commitment and policy. Your responsibilities include preventing accidents and incidents with potential risks to the business and fostering Health, Safety, Security, and Environment awareness among all personnel at various locations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and compare costs with budgeted expenditure for planning and controlling safety and security budget utilization. - Ensure compliance with HSEF procedures and best practices through auditing, including internal and external audits. - Act as a focal point for establishing and implementing the HSEF Management System in Supply and Distribution Terminal Operations business. - Coordinate HSEF trainings as per schedule, including periodic training preparation, trainer organization, and assessment of contract workers. - Motivate employees to comply with HSEF activities by coordinating motivational activities at all locations. Qualifications Required: - Graduate Engineer - Industrial Safety Certificate Additionally, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Business Competencies: Developing and Managing Relationships, Customer Orientation, Managing Change, Strategic Direction and Leadership, Analytical Thinking and Numeric Skill, Managing Complexity and Risk, Driving for Results, Teamwork. - Functional and Technical Competencies: System Processes and Policies, Industry, Market Knowledge and Analysis, Health, Safety and Environment Compliance, Terminal Operations and Knowledge, Regulatory Environment. - Unique Characteristics: Leadership, Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills, Managerial and Analytical thinking, Problem-solving ability, Organizing and Coordinating skills, Self-motivated, Strong organizational, Planning and decision-making skills, Strong interpersonal and Team building skills, System development skills.,
