Job Description

As a Safety Role in Supply and Distribution Terminal Operations business, your role involves maintaining the best HSSE practices and implementing the company's HSSE Commitment and policy. Your responsibilities include preventing accidents and incidents, creating awareness about Health, Safety, Security, and Environment among all personnel. Some of your key responsibilities are: - Monitoring and comparing costs with budgeted expenditure for planning and controlling safety and security budget - Ensuring compliance with HSEF procedures and best practices through auditing - Coordinating location-wise audit schedule and internal audits - Generating audit reports and circulating them to all stakeholders - Tracking recommendations compliance and generating status reports - Coordinating external audits for HSEF activities - Following up on the implementation and closure of audit recommendations within target dates - Being the focal point for establishing and implementing the HSEF Management System in Supply and Distribution Terminal Operations business - Implementing RIL HSEF and Security framework in LOMS - Assisting Terminal Locations in complying with statutory requirements - Updating HSEF procedure manuals, SOPs, checklists, and business processes - Coordinating HSEF trainings as per schedule - Organizing trainer and coordination activities - Assisting in contractor, driver, cleaner, and security guard training Additionally, you will coordinate with Terminal Locations for motivational activities such as observing Fire Service Week, celebrating National Safety Day, and Environment Day at all locations.
