Understand client needs and effectively position relevant product/solutions (e.g., core banking, digital banking, lending platforms, data analytics, etc.). Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with client requirements. Ensure high standards of account servicing and post-sales engagement to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and lead commercial negotiations in compliance with government/public sector procurement processes. Preferred Background Industry Experience: Professionals with prior work experience in PSU banks, IT/Fintech sales to BFSI, or within public sector organizations. Digital Transformation Acumen: Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and challenges impacting the public BFSI sector. Technology Solutions Sales: Experience in enterprise SaaS, IT solutions, or BFSI technology platforms is a strong advantage.
