Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist with 710 years of experience in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in consultative selling, strategic account management, and achieving sales targets in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key and enterprise-level customers
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Mentor junior sales team members and support team performance

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in

    B2B and/or B2C sales

    (based on role requirements)
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools

    (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

  • Industry-specific sales experience (e.g., IT, SaaS, Telecom, Manufacturing, FMCG)
  • Experience in enterprise or solution-based selling
  • Knowledge of digital sales channels and marketing alignment
  • Leadership or team-handling experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus
