If that excites you, scroll down to see the rest of it What you'll be doing: - Build and maintain rates in the operational system based on the needs of both internal and external clients. - Coordinate and follow up with ocean carriers, ports, trucking companies, and overseas agents to ensure the timely release and delivery of cargo. - Process requests within the established timeframes. - Explore various transport options with shipping companies, trucking companies, and group agents, negotiating the best possible rates for clients. - Negotiate tariff rates. - Monitor and update rates in the operational system. - Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas agents and suppliers. - Perform accurate and timely data entry. -Work in the US time-zone (from 18:30 to 04:30 IST) Who you are: -Fluent in English (at least C1 or more) -Has at least 1 year of experience in ocean freight operations -Experience in an international company would be a plus -Self-confident, team player, committed and results-driven What we offer you: -A competitive monthly base income in USD -Achieve monthly bonuses with your own performance (no max limit!) -Work with an international team in a modern office at a convenient location -Be one of the amazing people we have in our office Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Experience: American Logistics market: 1 year (Required) Freight Forwarding: 1 year (Required) Language: English (at least C1 Level) (Required)
What you’ll do: Close deals with clients by managing the full sales cycle and converting leads into active accounts.
