Required Qualifications  5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.  Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.), agentic AI, and ML algorithms.  Proven track record of delivering AI solutions for clients, including hands-on experience in deploying models into production.  Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and other ML libraries.  Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.  Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.  Experience leading AI hackathons or similar innovation-driven initiatives.  Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Experience working in agile development environments.
