Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Proven ability and experience in Sales, including lead generation and account management Knowledge of Sales Management and capability to support sales growth strategies Experience in training and guiding team members to achieve sales goals Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively with a team Prior experience in the automotive or premium car industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
