Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurgaon. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and handling disciplinary actions. The role requires maintaining and updating employee records, conducting training sessions, and supporting organizational development. Qualifications HR operations management and implementation of HR policies Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance Employee relations management and disciplinary action handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using HR software and tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in organizational development and employee engagement initiatives is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
