As a Sales Executive for the Digital portfolio, your role involves strategically acquiring new clients by building trust-based relationships with senior HR executives. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving new business opportunities with organizations in your region, from initial outreach to closing deals. - Converting potential prospects into active digital clients, managing the entire sales conversation and negotiation. - Continuously building a high-quality pipeline to meet sales metrics and achieve KPIs. - Being accountable for the sales quota in your designated region. - Managing complex, high-revenue sales across diverse business environments. - Taking ownership of forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 8-12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying role. - Experience in business development or new-client acquisition in complex sales environments. - Proven success in selling to and influencing C-level executives. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Effective management and forecasting skills in a complex sales process. - Willingness to travel if necessary.
