Role & responsibilities Company: Rentilium Department: Sales ERP / Hospitality SaaS Experience: 3 to 5Years (Hotel ERP / PMS / Hospitality SaaS Sales) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (Hotel ERP / PMS Sales) who has hands-on experience in selling Hotel ERP / Property Management Systems (PMS) or Hospitality SaaS software. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients (Hotels, PGs, Co-living, and Hospitality brands), pitching Rentiliums ERP platform, and driving end-to-end B2B sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential hotel / co-living / PG clients for ERP / PMS software. Conduct client meetings, demos, and product presentations. Understand client workflows and position the right product modules. Handle lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure independently. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Work closely with the Product & Implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements 35 years of experience in B2B Sales of ERP / SaaS / Hospitality Tech. Prior experience in selling Hotel ERP / PMS software preferred Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven and target-oriented professional. Comfortable working in a startup / fast-paced tech environment. Good to Have Understanding of hotel operations or property management workflows.
