2COMS, a leader in Human Supply Chain Management, is seeking an Elite RPO Recruiter to join our dedicated team, embedded directly with our premier client, 247.ai. As a global force in AI-powered customer experience, 247.ai demands top-tier talent. Your mission: spearhead recruitment for their critical BPS (Business Process Services) operations. This is a high-impact role for a dynamic, go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at finding the best customer-facing talent.

What You'll Drive

• Full-Cycle BPS Recruitment: Own the entire talent acquisition process for 247.ai's diverse BPS roles (e.g., Customer Service, Technical Support, Data Operations).
  
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute aggressive, innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier BPS professionals from a competitive market.
  
• Expert Vetting: Conduct rigorous screenings and interviews, meticulously assessing candidates for skills, cultural fit, and communication prowess essential for CX roles.
  
• Client Partnership: Collaborate intensely with 247.ai hiring managers, providing market intelligence and ensuring seamless alignment on talent needs and profiles.
  
• Pipeline Management: Proactively build and nurture robust talent pipelines, ensuring continuous flow for current demands and future growth.
  
• Seamless Execution: Orchestrate interview schedules, manage all candidate communications, and facilitate swift, actionable feedback from hiring teams.
  
• Offer & Onboarding Excellence: Drive offer management and pre-joining processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through to successful onboarding.
  
• Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to track performance, identify trends, and continuously refine recruitment strategies for peak efficiency.
  
• Market Insight: Maintain acute awareness of BPS industry trends and competitor talent strategies to inform and adapt recruitment approaches.
  

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of proven, high-volume recruitment experience specifically within the BPS / ITES / BPO sector.
  
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic, target-driven RPO environment.
  
• Exceptional  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Mastery of diverse sourcing methodologies and proficiency with modern ATS/CRM systems.
  
• A  "go - getter" mentality  proactive, results-oriented, and highly adaptable.
  
• Strong organizational skills with an obsessive attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
