Job Summary

  • Lead and manage total rewards projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making, including benchmarking studies and market analysis.
  • Participate in job evaluation and salary benchmarking exercises to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Assist in the development of total rewards communication materials for employees.
  • Provide analytical support for ad-hoc compensation and benefits projects as needed.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification-

Candidates with other regions (US/ UK/ EU/ EMEA) will be a plus from Pharma, contract research or Indian pharma MNC.
