Reward Analytics & Benchmarking Highlight your Total Rewards, Salary Benchmarking & Compliance experience in your resume skills set & project details Reward (including benefits) fundamentals understanding preferable 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or a related field, with a focus on market benchmarking and data analysis. Experience supporting global compensation processes such as annual salary reviews and incentive planning. Executive compensation understanding preferable.
