Job Description

Role Overview: As the Director of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) for the Markets Division at LSEG, you will play a key, senior role in collaborating closely with the Divisional CFO, their leadership team, and various teams within the wider finance function. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic advice, analytics, and business/commercial performance insights to achieve short- and long-term objectives for the Markets division or a significant business/area within a division. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive compensation analysis and support to the Asia Pacific Reward team. - Produce and analyze data from multiple sources using statistical methods to address business needs. - Conduct market research on trends and apply learned concepts to local or regional reward context. - Recommend solutions and strategies from a Reward perspective. - Collaborate with the broader Reward team and support the implementation of global Reward initiatives such as annual salary planning process, salary range development, survey processes, job evaluation, job matching, and benchmarking. - Partner effectively internally and externally across the region. - Perform data modeling and develop scenarios to drive desired outcomes. - Monitor Reward programs to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and stay informed of market trends. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field. - At least 3 years in a Compensation Analyst or similar Reward role. - Possess advanced analytical and decision-making skills with a strong background in market data analysis, compensation program design, and development. - Highly proficient in Microsoft applications with sophisticated skills in PowerPoint and Excel (proficiency with pivot tables, V-look-ups, and other functions and formulas for data analysis and reporting). - Experience working with Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar enterprise HR management systems. - Experience working on an international scale and in virtual teams is a plus. - Strong focus on service excellence, collaborating with Rewards Teams and managers to provide consultation and resources to aid in decision-making.
