Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customer retention campaigns that enhance loyalty, engagement, and repeat purchases.
• Leverage AI-powered tools like Klaviyo, MoEngage, Braze, Optimove, and Dynamic Yield to create personalized customer experiences.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and engagement metrics to develop segmentation strategies for effective targeting.
• Design and optimize customer loyalty programs, subscription models, and referral strategies to drive long-term engagement.
• Implement retargeting campaigns across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, and paid media, using AI-based automation.
• Develop and manage automated email workflows, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking with tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Mailchimp AI.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Amplitude, and Looker Studio to track campaign performance and optimize retention strategies.
• Stay updated with AI-driven marketing innovations and emerging retention strategies to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or CRM marketing, preferably in eCommerce or D2C brands.
• Experience using AI-driven marketing automation tools for personalized customer engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with different customer segments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple retention initiatives efficiently.
