Retention Marketing Manager

Job Overview
Muditam Ayurveda, a fast-growing Ayurvedic wellness brand, is looking for a highly skilled Retention Marketing Manager to build, manage, and optimize our automated retention funnels across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated retention campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications)
• Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies for targeted messaging and personalized journeys
• Craft compelling retention-focused copy and creative assets in collaboration with the content team
• Perform A/B tests on messaging, timing, and channels to continually improve open, click-through, and conversion rates
• Monitor campaign performance; generate dashboards and reports to inform data-driven optimizations
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align retention initiatives with broader business goals
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation and customer lifecycle marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., BiteSpeed, Contlo, MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or similar)
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
• Exceptional copywriting skills tailored to retention and lifecycle stages
• Proven track record of driving meaningful improvements in retention KPIs (e.g., repeat purchase rate, churn reduction, CLV uplift)
• Comfortable building reports and dashboards to track and present campaign ROI
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in D2C/e-commerce and/or health & wellness sectors
• Familiarity with SMS and WhatsApp business integrations in the Indian market
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email template customization

Location & Commitment

• Chattarpur, Delhi (Full-time, 6 days/week, office-based)
