Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention Marketing Manager located in Noida. The Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, creating targeted marketing campaigns, segmenting customer bases, and utilizing analytics tools to track the effectiveness of retention initiatives. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Customer Retention and Market Segmentation
• Proficiency in WebEngage, Customer Segmentations, & Cohort Analysis
• Ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decision making
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. An advanced degree is an added advantage.
