JOB DESCRIPTION


BRAND MANAGER – E-COMMERCE & FRONT-END STORE INCHARGE


We are an emerging and fast-growing international brand with the headquarters in New Delhi, India and we are now seeking to expand our team with a highly professional Store/Boutique Manager with the luxury background and previous experience in a similar role to manage our boutique and associates and by implementing knowledge and experience and the unique vision of our brand to ensure reaching the set sales target, manage the manpower, provide outstanding customer service, manage the stock and report accordingly.


ELIGIBILITY:


·        Graduates / Post Graduates of all disciplines but business, fashion, finance and retail-related subjects are particularly relevant.

·        Priority given to Experience in Luxury Retail sector.

·        Understanding of the current market trends and economic developments. At the same time, it requires an understanding of the needs and wants of the target consumers and locating a product to suit these needs.

·        Previous experience at the store management level is essential

·        Previous experience of working in a social media role or Marketing role (or relevant University degree)

·        An understanding of the luxury consumer mindset

·        Strong commercial awareness, forward-thinking and pro-active.

·        Strong interest in E-commerce (experience preferable)



SKILLS REQUIRED:


Professional background, experience, skills & abilities:

·        Degree Education - At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Store/Boutique Manager in a luxury brand

·        Strong IT skills of the POS software, Microsoft package, ability to build required reports

·        Knowledge and ability to build SOPs for all daily activities of the stores

·        Ability to provide on-job trainings' for sales associates for sales techniques, customer service, etc.

·    Deep knowledge of all in-store procedures: stock count, man management, cash collection, reconciliation, security, top level customer service etiquette, after sale assistance

·        Eager to learn and develop further than current role is a plus for this role as well as easy understanding of the top management requests & inquiries

·        Very strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of English language (oral, written)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:


E-COMMERCE

·        Responsible for the sales and purchase through online channels

·        Shipping, content production, online merchandising, and promotions, customer acquisition & retention, and customer experience

·        Building an invaluable network within the community to drive brand awareness and footfall.


AT STORE

·        Generate sales and handling VIP customers when on the floor.

·        In-charge of stock count, control and proper record of all stock movements and inventory

·        Manage any required permits and approvals with the mall’s management

·        Maintaining high standards of Visual Merchandising (display, stock rotations, cleanliness) and ensure presentation standards are met as per brand’s visual merchandising guidelines

·        Successfully organising and implementing in-store marketing promotions and events.

·        Maintaining excellent product presentation and high standards of merchandising at all times.

·        Driving efficiency's and processes across the store, to include maintenance of stock levels and control of replenishment


BOTH (E-COMMERCE & AT STORE)

·        To stay aware of market trends at all times by conducting analysis and monitoring competitors' activities

·        Coming up with suggestions and recommendations for in-store merchandising, customer service approach and other areas to improve the business

·        Produce daily, weekly, monthly quarterly, yearly sales, KPI and other communicated reports

·        Ensure consistency in customer service by all associates based on established SOPs

·        Handling after sales queries and complaints

·        Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs

·        Maintaining current customer data base and building relations with new clients

·        Coordinate with the head office team regarding alterations, new launches, in-store events and activities, brand updates and additional info/trainings on the collections if/when required

·        Ensure grooming standards of all sales associates are met

·        Ensure strong communication between the associates and transfer of all important information within the team

·        Prepare the schedule for the coming months and any amendments to the schedule to be communicated to HR department at the end of the month

·        Engage associates in the tasks and delegate the responsibilities within the team

·        Conduct appraisals and assessments of the supervised associates and discuss the results with the HR department

·        Driving shop and online KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

·        Delivering exemplary customer service through the development of a highly trained team with exceptional product knowledge and service know-how.

·        Facilitating strong team results through the effective management of individual performance and contribution.

·        Strategy and Goal Setting

·        Content Creation

·        Developing the merchandising strategies for the product line, store or organization that he / she is responsible for.

·        Planning and selecting merchandise assortments. This requires a keen understanding of the current market trends and economic developments. At the same time, it requires an understanding of the needs and wants of the target consumers and locating a product to suit these needs.

·        Pricing the merchandise to achieve the required targets in terms of gross margins.


SALARY


30 – 50K / PM


The monthly package and benefits will be discussed in person and based on the previous experience and matching the criteria
