About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals 2. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews 3. Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback 4. Schedule interviews and maintain candidate pipelines 5. Follow up with candidates until onboarding is completed 6.
