Assistant Manager - HR & Administration

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by posting job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating and facilitating new employee onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires. You will be tasked with maintaining HR records and databases to ensure that employee information is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Handling employee relations matters will be part of your duties, including resolving conflicts, implementing disciplinary actions, and managing performance issues. You will also assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs to support the growth and development of the workforce. To excel in this role, staying updated on current HR trends and best practices will be essential. This knowledge will enable you to provide advice and support to both management and employees effectively.
