Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Operation

Manage attendance, leave, and time office functions.

Support payroll processing by providing accurate monthly inputs.

Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and personnel files.

Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Employee Onboarding & Engagement

Conduct induction for new employees.

Organize engagement activities, events, and celebrations.

Handle employee queries, grievances.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labor laws. Maintain audit-ready documentation.

Ensure timely renewals of licenses and statutory records.

Administration Responsibilities

Canteen Management

Oversee daily canteen operations and hygiene standards.

Coordinate with caterers, review quality, menu planning, and billing.

Ensure timely meals and address employee feedback.

Housekeeping Management

Supervise housekeeping staff and monitor cleanliness.

Ensure adequate stock of cleaning materials.

Maintain sanitation, waste disposal, and overall office upkeep.

Guest House/Travel Management

Manage company guest house accommodation, housekeeping.

Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and timely availability for guests.

Coordinate travel bookings, lodging arrangements.

Vehicle & Transport Management

Manage company vehicles, drivers, and transport schedules.

Maintain vehicle documents, insurance, servicing, and fuel logs.

Ensure timely availability of vehicles for employees and management.

General Administration Vendor and AMC management.

Asset tracking, office equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.

Coordinate for audits, ISO documentation, and safety compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good understanding of HR operations and industrial relations.
  • Strong command over admin activities and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure efficiently.
