Senior HR Manager Position: Senior HR Manager Location: Mumbai(Thane)- With willingness to travel across company verticals Reporting To: Management / Founder / CEO Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead all HR operations and act as a strategic partner to business verticals. This role demands hands-on experience in onboarding, exit formalities, performance evaluation, policy formulation, and people engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and comfortable engaging with department heads to drive performance and accountability across the organization. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Compliance :Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a seamless experience • Draft offer letters aligned to pre-defined KRA structures for each role • Ensure all employee documentation complies with labor and statutory requirements • Maintain updated employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation Performance Management & Appraisal : Design, implement, and manage KRA & KPI frameworks for all functions • Coordinate appraisal cycles, including liaison between employees and reporting managers • Generate monthly performance reports with data-driven insights and flag key performance trends • Monitor task assignments and completions, creating a structured Tasks Done” format on a monthly basis HR Policy Development & Compliance: Draft and update HR policies, processes, and employee handbooks in alignment with management’s direction • Recommend and implement policy changes to support operational needs and performance enhancement • Conduct training and orientation on new/existing policies Employee Engagement & Talent Development: Monitor and guide LinkedIn profiling of employees to align with brand identity • Travel across locations to meet vertical heads, conduct team reviews, and drive motivation and performance • Conduct regular sit-downs with team leaders to assess and improve team effectiveness Strategic HR Partnering & Reporting • Work closely with department heads to understand HR needs and design solutions • Present monthly HR dashboards and performance analytics to senior management • Propose organizational development and performance improvement initiatives • Lead internal culture-building and engagement efforts Requirements: • 7–10 years of HR experience with at least 3+ years in a senior strategic role • Proven experience in performance evaluation systems, policy creation, and offer structuring aligned to KRA • Strong understanding of HRMS tools, labor law compliance, and reporting frameworks • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align cross functional teams • Willingness to travel regularly for performance reviews and team interventions • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking • Speaks good English . • understands Microsoft tools very well.
