Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Taj Agra, with 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Supervise staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
Maintain inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Analyze customer feedback to improve menu offerings and services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
